As Category Manager / Product Manager, you're responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of a product, from ideation through launch and beyond. This role is a cross-functional position that involves working closely with key stakeholders such as engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams. Your goal is products that meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and are delivered cost-consciously on time and within scope. 


What you will do:
  • Drive and communicate a customer-centric Product strategy with clear roadmaps in alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and optimize product positioning. 
  • Identify and seize potentials and business opportunities based on data and informed-decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as Product Development, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Excellence, and ensure clear communication and alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Apply a customer-centric and agile approach in all projects.
  • Leverage proactivity to propose and implement innovative approaches to take us to the next level in product and channel management.
  • Take ownership, learn what drives hypergrowth, and rapidly build entrepreneurial skill set.


Who we are looking for:
  • Previous experience as a product development manager, product launching, or comparable role is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work cross-team and manage multiple stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An international background that allows you to look at opportunities from multiple perspectives.
  • You have a passion for developing brands from a holistic perspective.
