Join us!Job Description:Non-Standard Request Coordinator:The candidate will be responsible for activities within the Non-Standard Request (NSR) processes for Global Payments Solutions (GPS).Role requires partnering globally with Sales, Contract Management, Product, Servicing/Fulfillment, GCOR, Legal, and other Risk partners.Primary responsibilities will include:--Overseeing the incoming requests, pipeline and assignment--Ensure appropriate records are updated in platform, shared drive and FileNet--Review submitted NSR requests to ensure Summary, Risks and Mitigants, and other fields are completed correctly and concisely describe risks-- Provide and improve monthly reporting-- Review/analyze NSR's to determine the impacts of exceptions, identify risk types/severity/classification and anticipate questions that stakeholders may have. The candidate should have the ability to challenge and influence client teams, stakeholders and business partners at all levels in the organization, and portray excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and risk mitigation mind-set. The right candidate must have general GPS product knowledge.Contribute/lead projects providing risk guidance with examples including regulatory requirements, audit issues, policy/procedures review and product development/expansionRequired Skills: "Must" hav these skills to be minimally qualifiedExpertise in Global Payments Solutions:- 4+ years experience in treasury/payments/transaction banking with strong knowledge of Global Payments Solutions products/servicesCritical thinking/Organizational skills:- Strong risk mindset and able to debate, escalate issues and concerns- Strong analytical skills- Strong project management skills; attention to detail; ability to drive projects to conclusion- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders at once, prioritize workflow and deliver results under pressure and time constraints- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc and unplanned urgent requestsCommunication Skills:- Proven verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills- Ability to synthesize information and summarize key themes and drive to logical outcomes while constantly challenging the status quo- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships- Self-starter, motivated and reliable; ability to work well and seamlessly within a team without a continuous high level of guidance- Strong knowledge of Excel, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and WebExDesired skills:- Work experience Treasury Sales, Product, Fulfillment and/or Servicing- Technology saavy, intellectually curious- Proven ability to develop Senior Executive presentations and strong communication skillsShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Pay Transparency detailsUS - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100)Pay and benefits informationPay range$105,000.00 - $112,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.Discretionary incentive eligibleThis role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
