Job Description of Customer Advocate Manager:The role of a Customer Advocate Manager at Banner Bank is to assist and cover as a teller/banker at several retail branch locations within a particular geographical location. As the primary interface between the Bank and its clients, you are required to provide a memorable customer experience while accurately and efficiently processing transactions. You'll be expected to provide recommendations on various bank products and services that could be beneficial to clients. Please note that daily travel between branches is a requirement for this position.Qualification of Customer Advocate Manager:Ongoing professional development is also important in the banking industry.
