About the Role

Our groomers use their skill and love for dogs to ensure every pup has a stress-free grooming experience - all supported by a positive, groomer-oriented culture! 

  • Provide luxury 1-on-1 care to pups while bathing, cutting, shaving and trimming.

  • Work independently in our Hanvey grooming vans.

  • Need a little extra time for special pups? Our support team can make sure every appointment is scheduled according to the groomer’s needs.

  • Receive support from our in-house concierge and fleet teams - they’ll handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can focus on grooming!

  • Enjoy a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality at every appointment. 

  • Want more stability? Choose between 3 different shift types and work the same days every month!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly rates (not commission) because of our drive for quality, not quantity.

    • Hourly pay between $28 - 38/hr (base + tips)

  • Typical monthly earnings are between $5,000 - $7,000

    • Bonus opportunity up to $1,000 a month!

  • Tool Reimbursements

    • Sharpening or Purchasing - we want you to have the best tool kit!

Role Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional grooming experience

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Comfortable interacting with customers/pet parents as needed

  • Comfort with using smart phones (you bring the knowledge, we’ll provide the phone!)

  • Ability to lift and groom dogs up to 50lbs (75lbs+ preferred)

Interview Process

  • Initial Phone call to get to know each other

  • 30 min Virtual Meeting with a Grooming Manager where you can ask more in-depth questions

  • On-site Pawdition! (Technical Groom)

  • Offer Letter + Background Check
