We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team! This position reports directly to the COO and plays a pivotal role in driving the company's operational functions forward. The Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing & warehouse operations ensuring that efficiency, profitability, safety and exceptional quality & service standards are successfully achieved.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the project management aspects of the facility, including upcoming equipment upgrades and layout improvements while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Lead and manage a team of production leads, technicians and other operational staff.
  • Direct resource allocation and inventory management to meet customer demands.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality and teamwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
  • Lead and implement quality control systems.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a key leadership role in a manufacturing environment with a strong preference for experience with metal fabrication.
  • Desire to be a catalyst for driving large growth, process improvement and driving the business from a small to medium sized operation.
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a similar field / industry.
  • Solid knowledge and demonstrated application of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
  • Understanding of automation of manufacturing systems would be an asset.
  • A mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of small engine components (Mechanical & Electrical)
  • Technical competence with ERP systems and other common manufacturing related software.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite of products.

  • Ability to communicate professionally in the English Language (verbal & written)
  • You must be legally able to work in the USA.
  • You are able to commute to the work location on a regular basis (Decaturville, TN)
