POSITION: GOOD MOLECULES DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER(#726736)LOCATION: SAN FRANCISCO, CAWill strategize and execute all digital marketing initiatives for our brands to accelerate brandgrowth, acquire new customers, drive sales, increase engagement with existing customers, andensure cohesive messaging and brand identity across all channels. Conceptualize and overseesocial media content strategy across all channels: ensure strategy is aligned with current industrytrends, follows company brand guidelines, includes sources organic content, and includes activeengagement with followers across all channels. Design and conduct marketing surveys toanalyze and support brand growth and provide data reporting to business partners. Use theseconsumer insights to inform decisions on customer targeting and segmentation. Maintain adigital marketing metric database to track growth including web, email, SMS, and social mediametrics and provide weekly reporting and analysis. Own, update, and maintain digital marketingcalendar across all channels (email, text, social media) and manage $8m annual digital marketingbudget. Manage paid advertisements on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest: establish targetaudiences, produce creative briefs that identify campaign objectives, supervise creative contentproduction by freelancers, and provide reporting to CEO and Marketing Analyst summarizingcampaign results (including CPA, CPM, ROAS). Optimize website content to align withmarketing strategy: create quarterly SEO goals and objectives to improve website rankings onsearch engine results pages, monitor page indexing and traffic growth using Google Analytics,and design homepage and product pages. Plan annual sale events including marketing tactics,calendar, and revenue goals and lead post-event reporting and analysis, highlighting successes,trends and opportunities. Source and establish social media partnerships by identifying socialmedia influences, graphic designers, and other creators that are a good match for the GoodMolecules brand and specific campaigns and negotiate contracts and rates. Manage social mediapartnerships and campaign execution by sending assignments, reviewing content and requestingedits, confirming final results fulfilled all contractual obligations, and approving invoices foraccounting to process payments. Manage Marketing Coordinator and freelance creative team byestablishing goals and providing feedback to drive results. Interview, negotiate and manage thirdparty platforms including affiliate, CMS, SMS and email providers; oversee vendor performanceand report to the CEO and Marketing Analyst.REQUIREMENTS:Position requires a Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Marketing,Business Administration or a related field.Please reference Job Number 726736 when sending resumes.
