Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

BehaviorCare is a family-run ABA therapy provider servicing New Jersey and a handful of other states. We believe that we can make a difference by being different – so we craft our company policies carefully, putting our children and therapists first.

For example, we pay our BCBAs for treatment planning, even though it isn’t covered by insurance. (Pretty cool, huh?)

We also believe that an in-person visit to the client’s home is essential for a BCBA to “get a feel” for the case, and that’s why we require all initial assessments to be done in person, even if the client opts for a telehealth option. (Who else does that?)

We’re known for our insane levels of support for our therapists – just read our reviews on Indeed! Join our team today, and actually make a difference.
