Global Talent Experience, Senior Manager

As Global Talent Experience, Senior Manager at our Global Office, you’ll be part of a team that drives extraordinary results behind the scenes to ensure our employees and candidates enjoy just as many memorable moments as our guests. Whether it’s working closely with divisional and property HR leaders and hiring manager communities, identifying and deploying proactive global talent attraction strategies, using your expertise in best practice recruitment methodologies, data analytics and systems management to shape the candidate journey you will deliver a pipeline of human capital that meets hiring demands and optimises business performance while ensuring the Belmond EVP and employer brand is amplified to attract top talent and position Belmond as an employer of choice.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Drive efficient global hiring, aligning with market trends and Belmond's goals.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior key hires, championing best practices and transformation.
  • Elevate global HR and Hiring communities to attract diverse talent through innovative campaigns and strategic pipeline development.
  • Implement cutting-edge tools, analyse metrics, and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Design and deliver a best-in-class, consistent candidate journey that amplifies the Belmond EVP and employer brand.
  • Manage recruitment systems, vendors, and compliance for peak performance.

What You Bring

  • A curiosity for the way things work, with an ability to see blockers in processes and unpick anomalies to redesign workflows to drive continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in global recruitment ATS system navigation with the knowledge to identify improvements.
  • A go-to expert in recruitment best practice and demonstrable expertise in developing a best in class candidate experience.
  • You will be a confident communicator, patient, and tenacious in supporting our global teams to drive transformation and train process/systems changes.
  • Intermediate Excel, advanced PowerPoint, familiarity with analysing data feeds across Power BI or similar analytics tools.

  • The role is generally able to benefit from our current hybrid working policy where team members can work remotely for up to two days per week.
  • You are encouraged to apply early, we expect a high volume of applications for this role and therefore we will close the role if a large volume of applications is received.
  • Our offices are located at Wogan House, 99 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7NY. Wogan House is newly renovated office space under the management of a leading co-working space and property management company.
