Head of Marketing

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing vision, ensuring the alignment of marketing strategies with the overall business growth objectives and the mission of Bhblasted in the tech and digital sector.

  • Design and implement scalable partner programs, including whitelabel sales partners, resellers, and affiliate marketing programs, to expand distribution channels and increase market penetration across key verticals and regions.

  • Oversee the execution of digital and offline marketing initiatives, leveraging digital channels, traditional media, and strategic partnerships to maximise brand awareness and reach.

  • Define, track, and optimise key marketing performance metrics (KPI) such as ROI, CLV, and conversion rates to ensure data-driven marketing efforts that enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Develop and execute a brand positioning strategy that supports Bhblasted’s international growth, working closely with the business development team to ensure market entry and expansion efforts are successful.

  • Supervise content marketing, PR, and communication efforts, ensuring that the messaging is consistent and effectively reflects Bhblasted’s core values of sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility.

  • Manage and inspire the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and best practices across all marketing functions (social media, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing).

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, R&D) to launch new products and services, ensuring that marketing campaigns are aligned with product timelines and business objectives.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, including marketing agencies, tech providers, and media outlets, to ensure Bhblasted remains competitive and can quickly adapt to market changes.

  • Lead the development of an affiliation program, targeting influencers, bloggers, and industry experts, to expand brand reach through partnerships that drive direct sales and new customer acquisition.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • Extensive experience in strategic marketing leadership, ideally in tech, digital advertising, or e-commerce industries, with a track record of driving growth and innovation across marketing channels.

  • Demonstrated success in building scalable partner programs, including whitelabel solutions, reseller networks, and affiliate marketing programs to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing, with the ability to tailor strategies for different audiences, from enterprise clients to end consumers.

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with Sales, Product, and R&D departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, with a passion for staying ahead of innovations in social media, paid advertising, SEO, and automation tools.
