Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Talent Sourcer Specialist che si unisca al nostro team.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborare con i nostri hiring managers, con il TA team e il nostro Head of People per comprendere le esigenze specifiche di assunzione e i requisiti delle posizioni aperte;

  • Strategy Support: monitorare le tendenze del mercato del lavoro ed identificare e proporre strategie efficaci ed innovative di sourcing. Creare e gestire campagne di recruiting innovative per attrarre talenti passivi;

  • Sourcing and attraction: identificare, attrarre e coinvolgere i talenti altamente qualificati e che matchano con le richieste aziendali. Sfruttare tecnologie e strumenti avanzati di sourcing, incluse le piattaforme di social media e i software di intelligenza artificiale, per ottimizzare il processo di ricerca;

  • First Interview: condurre colloqui telefonici preliminari per valutare le competenze e l'idoneità dei candidati;

  • Talent pool: sviluppare e mantenere una pipeline di candidati qualificati per posizioni future, attraverso l'uso di ATS;

  • Engagement e branding: partecipare a progetti speciali e attività di employer branding per migliorare la visibilità dell'azienda nel mercato del lavoro, anche attraverso la partecipazione a eventi di settore;

  • Networking: stabilire e coltivare relazioni con professionisti del settore per ampliare la rete di talenti. Partecipare o organizzare eventi per connettersi con potenziali candidati;

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): collaborare con il TA team e con l’Head of People per implementare strategie di sourcing che promuovano la diversità e l'inclusione all'interno del processo di selezione;

  • Data & Analytics: implementare un database aggiornato di candidati e tracking delle attività di sourcing. Utilizzare data analysis per creare report regolari sulle metriche di sourcing, sul mercato del lavoro e sul successo delle strategie implementate, al fine di migliorare continuamente i processi.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Laurea in psicologia, economia, lingue, letteratura o giurisprudenza, o simile;

  • Familiarità con strumenti di sourcing e recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, ecc.).

  • Esperienza o desiderio di unirsi ad un gruppo in rapida evoluzione e in fase scaling;

  • Ampia conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);

  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta;

  • Capacità molto sviluppata di stakeholder management;

  • Abilità nell'uso di strumenti e tecnologie di talent acquisition;

  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente come anche in team;

  • Eccellenti competenze organizzative e di time management;

  • Mindset analitico ma allo stesso tempo creativo e solution-oriented.

  • Precedente esperienza in large-scale project management;

  • Precedente esperienza all’estero;
