The Change Manager also recruits and manages Change Champions who will promote acceptance across the organization. Effective training is key, and you’ll partner with our training team to ensure programs equip employees with the necessary skills to thrive. Keeping an eye on risks and readiness, you’ll develop actionable plans to address challenges and support a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
