They are seeking a Project Manager to help establish the Tampa office. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of interior and exterior construction projects including but not limited to, overseeing third party consultants, subcontractors, vendors, laborers, material and equipment, developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets, and keeping projects in compliance with plans and specifications, managerial and administrative aspects, and estimating.
