Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive compensation analysis initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally to assess job roles and compensation
Oversee the collection and analysis of people data
Provide guidance and mentorship on HR analytics and compensation
Propose and implement process improvements and data-driven solutions
