Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 base salary, plus $20,000-$25,000 annual commission target

Reporting to the Senior Demand Generation Manager, your primary responsibilities will fall under two key areas: demand generation and prospect outreach. You will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned industry—either Retail & Consumer Goods or Media & Publishing–to attract new BlueConic customers. Utilizing research tools and online resources, you will enable targeted outreach efforts by cross-functional team members and assist with demand generation programs including webinars, content marketing, email marketing, conference programs and more. Additionally, you'll initiate conversations with prospects through your own outreach activities.


In this role, you will:


  • Conduct comprehensive research on target accounts, prospective customers, and industry trends, sharing findings in presentations and in writing
  • Translate research into actionable outreach programs in collaboration with your manager. Hold team members accountable for executing the plan.
  • Compose well-researched and thoughtful outreach messages, primarily via email and LinkedIn
  • Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads and demand
  • Work in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Customer teams to execute tailored outreach strategies that generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce and other tools to ensure accurate and effective reporting.
  • Foster a work environment that sets all revenue team members up for success


We’re looking for someone with the following:


  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently capture the attention of senior executives, both internally and externally.
  • Advanced research abilities, particularly in identifying prospective customers, key decision-makers, and understanding the competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrated track record as a team player.
  • A strong desire to understand your assigned industry, along with the challenges and goals of potential clients within that sector
  • Capacity and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
