Position Responsibilities:
Facilitate the effective delivery of a range of equity and compensation plans, including the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Restricted Stock Units, Long-Term Incentives, retention programs, the Annual Compensation cycle, and variable pay
Oversee the operationalization of complex compensation and equity processes, ensuring seamless benefit delivery while prioritizing process improvement, comprehensive documentation, and automation initiatives
Define, develop, document, and streamline new benefit programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, operations, business partners, and Human Resources Generalists (HRGs) to conceptualize and enhance existing benefits
Assist in managing supplier operations related to equity record-keeping and administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency
Coordinate the execution of compensation programs utilizing internal HR systems (Workday), working closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness
Aid in the preparation and execution of annual compensation reviews and performance adjustments, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of employee statements
Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including business rules, plan provisions, and process maps, to support effective program administration
Monitor supplier performance and assist in implementing improvement plans to ensure adherence to service standards
Address customer inquiries related to pay, benefit discrepancies, and provide education on Compensation and Equity programs, ensuring a high level of service
Oversee and enhance processes and procedures to ensure efficient benefit delivery and optimal resource utilization
Ensure accurate data transfers between the company and its suppliers, maintaining the integrity of financial and data records for plan accounting and supplier payments, while consistently meeting service level agreements
Assist in the preparation and coordination of communications for quarterly enrollments and purchases, ensuring clarity and engagement
Contribute to audit processes and perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance and operational integrity
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Compensation and/or Benefits processes
5+ years of experience in stock and/or equity plan administration
5+ years of experience in critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape strategy
3+ years of experience planning and scoping financial audits, including identifying testing attributes, techniques, and sampling methods
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience managing diverse and complex projects
3+ years of experience in program management
Experience with the Workday HR Management System
Experience in a cross-functional teaming environment, guiding decision-making processes
Experience with organizational integration and change management practices

Summary pay range: $102,000 – $147,200
