The VC-25B Program is seeking a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level) to support the Support & Training Systems IPT (S&TS) based out of Tukwila, Washington or San Antonio, Texas. The Staff Analyst will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives including scheduling, staffing and engineering deliverables analytics. The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Partners with the VC-25B S&TS IPT on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives
  • Partners with the VC-25B S&TS IPT to develop an operating rhythm that supports the business needs
  • Reviews and evaluates strategic S&TS IPT issues and identifies implementation recommendations
  • Provides continuous assessment of overall meeting/review architecture
  • Analyzes and summarizes data used in the development and proposal of organizational direction (e.g., budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs)
  • Provides data management/analytics for deliverables execution, budget/cost and short- & long-term staffing needs
  • Aids in development of leadership level briefings
  • Leads logistics planning & facilitation of large meetings/events
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational training

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):             

  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data analytics tools
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-year college degree in business administration or similar

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $135,700
