Field Project Supervisor*

Looking for hard-working, motivated, self-sufficient members to supervise roofing crews.  There is no roofing experience required we are willing to train! This is a fast paced career with plenty of opportunity for advancement within Bone Dry.  Applicant must have good customer service skills, focus on attention to detail, and be willing to work long days during summer months. Competitive pay with benefits.


Daily Responsibilities
  • Pick up materials with job folder in the morning and send address to roofing crew
  • Contact homeowner with ETA
  • Arrive at site and set up property protection
  • Meet with homeowner to discuss specifics of job/verify materials
  • Ensure crew safety equipment in place
  • Supervise tear-off and clean up
  • Pick up any extra materials the crew requires
  • Verify all work is performed to Bone Dry Standard
  • Install Counter flashing (We will train those with no experience)
  • Help crew with final clean up
  • Complete walk through with homeowner
  • Collect payment or schedule future payment collection


Other Duties
  • Willing to learn small roof repairs
  • Manage open items and issue resolutions
  • Adjust invoice and charge for additional materials on job
  • Maintain truck, trailer, and tools
  • Follow up with customers for final walk throughs and collections
  • Communicate any issues with Production Manager
  • Communicate with salesperson to assure customer gets the Bone Dry Experience


Qualifications
  • Valid drivers license
  • Willing to train! Roofing or building experience not required but a plus
  • Highly motivated
  • On time and ready to work every day
  • Quick Learner
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Safety Oriented
  • Willing to work long hours for great pay
  • Military service a plus
