GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist- 6 month FTC

🔔 Please note, this will initially be a 6 month fixed term contract with possibility to extend or become permanent, depending on business needs. This role is remote, within Spain.

Reporting to our Global Talent Lead, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our Talent team delivers against our ambitious hiring goals in 2025. You’ll enjoy sourcing talent, working with hiring managers across the globe and securing top talent to enable the next phase of Booksy’s growth.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Experience in recruiting in a high volume environment, with exposure to Sales and Commercial recruitment.
  • Experience in recruiting across Europe is necessary for this role, to enable you to hit the ground running 🌍.
  • Experience of the tech sector and working within a changeable scale up environment would be desirable.
  • Relevant experience with sourcing tools (Linkedin, X-ray, Boolean searches) and ATS systems
  • Strong admin and organisational skills; we see this as necessary when working with a high volume of roles and candidates.
  • Complete fluency in English, which is our company language.
