As a Customer Success Retention Advisor reporting to the Team Leader in our CS Retention team, your purpose will be to help ensure the retention of Providers by preventing cancellations and assisting them in optimizing their use of Booksy. You’ll engage with Providers through outbound calls to resolve concerns, offer tailored solutions, and provide guidance on improving their profiles and online bookings. You’ll also be responsible for educating Providers on subscriptions, invoices, and payments, ensuring they fully understand the platform’s capabilities.

With at least two years of experience in retention, telesales, or cross/up-selling projects, you will thrive in our dynamic, globally distributed environment. Your effective communication skills and ability to understand technology across various platforms will be key, especially since English is our primary language.
