As an Upsell Specialist in our sales team, your objective will be to increase revenue by convincing existing B2B customers to activate additional functionalities in our application, through phone calls and previous research of the customer's profile/needs.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Experience in phone sales, upselling/cross-selling or similar.
  • You are customer-oriented and have excellent listening, persuasion, negotiation, and speaking skills.
  • You are organised and responsible, which enables you to meet set targets.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, commitment, and ownership of work. Team player.
  • Knowledge of CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Experience in the beauty or tech sector is a plus.
  • At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
  • A holiday allowance of 23 days + public holidays.
