Job Description

Main objective of the job:                                       

  • Driving global process standardization, transactional efficiency, organizational capability, process performance and a prioritized roadmap of all global Customer Master Data Management processes.

Main attributions and responsibilities:

  • Define Customer Master Data (CMD) Processes (e.g., creation, change of CMD) based on requirements from various stakeholders (e.g., S4-Transformation, new business models, legal requirements).
  • Implement CMD concepts including organizational aspects and economic aspects.
  • Setup CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) for CMD Processes to increase efficiency and make it measurable.
  • Define the interface between Governance & Operations and translate CMD concepts and business rules into concrete working instructions.
  • Be the contact for operations in case of necessary process clarifications.
  • Be part of the CMD Process Owner organization CMD Global Process Owners and CMD Process Owners from the divisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building up and implementing IT-solution together with IT-development;
  • Expert in Master Data Management, ideally in Customer Master Data Management;
  • Expert in SAP Customer Master Data concepts;
  • Very good knowledge about CMD Process Management;
  • University degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or similar;
  • Very good presentation skills;
  • Strong personality with strong punch;
  • Team player;
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
