Job Description

  • Join a global organization and work as an SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant in a highly motivated and engaged international team.
  • Take responsibility for the architecture, development, and implementation of the SuccessFactors Learning Module (LMS).
  • Ensure adherence to good coding and design standards for API-centric developments.
  • Provide technical vision to the development team and guide them to achieve targets throughout the SuccessFactors lifecycle.
  • Define, elaborate, and deploy the test strategy and acceptance tests for the SuccessFactors Suite.
  • Identify non-functional requirements for SuccessFactors LMS and ensure their implementation according to standards, reflecting them in the architecture.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Business Informatics, etc.) or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module, understanding of LMS APIs, familiarity with LMS Reporting Designer, and SAP SuccessFactors cross-module interactions with LMS.
  • Personality: Team player with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner, decisive, excellent communication skills, open to intercultural collaboration, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Working Practice: Structured, accountable, proactive, and open-minded.
  • Language: Proficient in written and spoken English. Fluency in Portuguese is desirable.
