Job Description

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

You will be providing administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment;
You will monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management;
You will be assuring the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of budget situation in projects and development account;
You are going to update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between Project Manager and Acquisition Manager;
You will be organizing regular project meetings and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks;
You are going to align the project information and documents with all stakeholders.
You are going to support in topics regarding Change Management

Qualifications

Who you are:

You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields;
You have at least 2 years of experience;
You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
You have previous experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);

You would be a perfect match to our team if:
