Hotel Catering Sales Manager

Job Description

100% Travel Task Force.3 month rotations. Pay is $1,250 Per Week. We pay travel, one meal per day and lodging.  Must have Banquet Manager Experience. We pay for all Travel, Room and Meals.

Hotel Catering Sales Manager Duties

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve catering revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers
  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate contracts for catering services
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
  • Conduct site visits and tastings for potential clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase catering services
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
