We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition / HR Specialist to support our service centres, working closely with key stakeholders to drive effective recruitment strategies and strengthen our permanent workforce. This is a multi-functional role that requires strong collaboration across teams, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to delivering recruitment solutions.
✅ Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for service centre roles, ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
✅ Work closely with HR and Talent teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies and deliverables.
✅ Partner with HR Operations to onboard talent quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
✅ Collate and analyze complex workforce data to provide insights and reporting to management.
✅ Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to troubleshoot hiring challenges and enhance recruitment processes.
✅ Manage relationships with labour hire providers to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently.
✅ Work closely with and support our blue-collar workforce, ensuring strong engagement and workforce stability.
✅ Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of recruitment objectives.
✅ Contribute to project milestones, ensuring alignment with business and workforce goals.
✔️ Previous experience within an HR/Talent Acquisition function.
✔️ Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
✔️ Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address recruitment challenges.
✔️ Experience with collating and reporting on complex data to support strategic decision-making.
✔️ Previous experience with ATS systems such as Workday (desirable).
✔️ Passion for continuous improvement and delivering on key recruitment projects.
