What you’ll do
As an Account Executive at Bridge, you will be joining a small and fast-moving GTM team to shape all aspects of reaching new prospects and supporting existing customers in growing their business. Your key mission is to drive net new revenue by spearheading demand generation initiatives and unblocking customers, expansion and cross-selling of products and services to help customers achieve their objectives. Responsibilities
Growth: Drive outbound and demand generation strategies to grow the pipeline of prospects and own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Relationship Management: Develop the relationship with prospects, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships with influencers and the core team interacting with our solutions. Build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and how they use our products to achieve their goals.
Account Management: Lead key initiatives including ongoing checkpoints, business reviews, identifying critical goals and implementing strategies that increase product adoption, engagement, and growth at scale to drive revenue.
Problem Solving: Partner and collaborate with internal cross-functional counterparts in GTM, Product, Operations, Engineering and other teams to drive successful outcomes for our customers.
Community: Organize and lead targeted 1st party and industry events to grow our community and generate demand for Bridge.
Qualifications
5+ years in client-facing roles including sales, account management or solutions consulting with demonstrated ability to lead both technical and commercial initiatives.
Strong preference for experience in an API based business and in payments, fintech or crypto.
Intellectual curiosity to go deep on problems and opportunities, understand the issue and make sound decisions on how to move the business forward.
Enjoy dynamic environments and ability to adapt as the market, our business and our customers’ needs evolve.
Self directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills. You own your success within the organization.
Comfortable operating across various time zones and travel as needed.
