What you’ll do
As the first sales development representative at Bridge, you will be responsible for shaping all aspects of the experience for developers entering into first contact with Bridge. Your key mission is to quickly react to inbound inquiries, to understand the customer’s business and challenges, and to identify the overlap with Bridge solutions to help them grow their business.
Responsibilities
Follow up with inbound leads to qualify as sales opportunities and move solid leads through the funnel to AEs.
Research and create outreach materials for high value prospects in partnership with AEs and Growth Marketing.
Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective discovery to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to sales.
Effectively work through lead list meeting/exceeding SLAs, consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support weekly reporting efforts.
Provide continuous feedback and insights to help the GTM team improve targeting and messaging.
Qualifications
4+ years in client-facing roles including sales, account management or solutions consulting.
Strong preference for experience in an API based business and in payments, fintech or crypto.
Outstanding communicator, able to quickly address discovery questions to identify the customer’s needs and converge on actionable next steps.
Demonstrated motivation to succeed, to be willing to challenge customers in the discovery process, and to aggressively pursue the opportunities where Bridge can have a positive impact on the customer’s business
Self directed, well organized and exceptional communication skills. You own your success within the organization.
