We’ll have a limited number of Early in Career roles available for recent college grads with a major field of study in 1)Marketing, including Digital Marketing and Media, Content and Copywriting, Journalism and Communications, and Marketing Operations/Analytics or 2)Business Administration and Management, including Business Operations and Strategy, Consulting, Change Management and Business Transformation, or Product Management.


Role Example: Marketing Project Coordinator 

The Marketing Coordinator role requires an understanding of the standard methodologies of product and solution marketing and will help us produce the content required to support product and service campaigns and launches for tech and cloud clients. Bring your skills in GenAI, O365, research and marketing tools& platforms to ensure marketing collateral and content projects are effectively tracked, scheduled, and delivered on time. You’ll work with teams of writers, designers and project leaders and will need strong organizational, project management and communication skills.  

 

Role Example: Project Coordinator 

The Project Coordinator role requires an understanding of the basic tools and methodologies of project and program management including project scheduling, stakeholder communications, and meeting facilitation. Bring your skills in GenAI, O365, and project management tools & platforms to ensure project deliverables and tasks are effectively tracked, scheduled, and completed on time. You’ll work with teams of consultants specializing in sales, marketing and business operations and will need strong business systems, organizational, project management and communication skills.  


Early in Career Program Details
  • Our Early in Career Program is open to qualified, recent college graduates who have completed their degree program within the last 3 years.
  • Selected candidates will work an average of 30-40 hours per week January through May 2025 with a possibility to hire full-time after program completion.
  • All work is remote via Bridge-provided laptop.
  • Interviews and selection will occur in December 2024 for roles starting Mon, Jan 13.


The compensation range for this role is $24-$27/hour. Actual compensation will be determined based upon relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographic location of the hired candidate. The compensation listed here is specific to this opening only.
