In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies for KI, Pallas Textiles, and KI Wall brands. Your expertise will help us elevate brand awareness, generate leads, and foster deeper connections with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Planning & Strategy:Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for KI, Pallas Textiles, and KI Wall, aligning with overarching marketing goals.Plan, schedule, and deliver social media content that supports our marketing objectives, brand culture, and recruitment efforts.Create and manage content calendars, ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and aligned with strategic plans.Set and monitor KPIs, driving continuous growth and improvement in our social media presence.Social Media Content Development & Execution:Craft engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Pinterest.Create compelling visuals, videos, gifs, graphics, and copy that resonate with target audiences.Develop and manage social media ads and boosted content to achieve specific campaign goals.Align social media efforts with email marketing workflows and broader campaign objectives.Social Media Publishing & Reporting:Regularly publish posts across all platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence.Monitor performance metrics and report on KPIs to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance and drive engagement.Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement.Social Media Listening:Engage with comments on brand posts and interact with complementary social content.Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting social listening across key brands and thought leaders.Share insights with brand leaders and recommend new content based on emerging trends.Qualifications:Proven experience in a professional marketing communications environment.Expertise in digital marketing strategies and social media management tools.Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.A creative mindset paired with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Knowledge of design and messaging principles specific to social media promotion.Why KI?At KI, we believe in creating spaces that inspire and empower.
