Behavioral Health Coach (12pm - 8pm PST shift)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Behavioral Health Coaches to join our team! At Brightline, our coaches partner with caregivers, children and teens in a structured and compassionate setting. Through our established programs, they teach valuable skills to increase coping strategies and reduce tough behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized coaching through video sessions and asynchronous chat using our digital tools

  • Support multidisciplinary care teams by bridging communication between families and providers

  • Assist members by customizing content available on the app and navigate members to different services when they are ready

  • Collaborate with others at Brightline to develop and implement new workshops, webinars, and content

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must be able to accommodate a M-F 12pm-8pm PST

  • Masters degree in a psychology related field

  • 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting

  • 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families

  • Experience with child and family focused CBT, motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting

    OR

  • Bachelor's degree and NBC-HWC, ICF, or NCHEC certification

  • 5 years relevant experience, to include direct service in a behavioral health setting

  • 1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families

This position is 100% remote. The target range for this position is $42,000 - $67,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including certifications, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
