We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Professional to join our growing online retail company. In this role, you will work directly with our directors, playing a crucial part in our success by developing and executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms, and making a tangible impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage project plans, timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate work with internal teams and external contractors.
• Identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks
• Create and implement automations and systems to improve efficiency.

About Us:

Compensation / Terms: $ 800 - $1200 per month.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and cross-functional projects successfully.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, social media management tools).
• Understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to evaluate project performance and ROI.

Terms:

• M-F, weekends off.
