Senior Marketing Manager

Harriman’s multi-disciplinary design practice is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in any one of our four office locations: Boston, Portsmouth, Portland or Auburn Maine. In this position you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented group of design professionals working on wide range of projects with diverse clients to shape communities throughout New England. Our work is challenging, creative, and is based on the belief that design is a cooperative human endeavor centered on knowledge, ingenuity, and beauty.


As Senior Marketing Manager, you must have an excellent working knowledge of marketing theory, business development and communication.


Responsibilities include:

· Assist in the Preparation and execution of strategic marketing plan in support of business plan

· Provide leadership to the marketing team

· Reinforce Harriman brand throughout all aspects of company communications

· Conduct market research and recommend strategy based on data

· Identify business development opportunities and assist in the development of proposals

· Initiate and oversee of web and digital media campaigns and communication

· Coordinate public relations activities

· Develop and manage of the marketing budget

· Deliver marketing-related staff training

Requirements

· 10-years working experience in relevant field
