About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Data Product Owner/Manager to join our team at BTSE. You will act as the bridge between business owners (BOs) and the data team, ensuring that data projects are aligned with business needs and deliver maximum value.


Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between business owners (BOs) and the data team.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for data projects.
  • Prioritize and manage the backlog of data requests.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of data solutions.
  • Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
