Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support by answering customer inquiries over the phone
- Address and resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with troubleshooting electrical products and provide technical guidance
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to effectively assist customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
