Call Support Representative

Buckner Energy LLC, a leading company in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Support Representative to join our team. As a Call Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues over the phone. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support by answering customer inquiries over the phone
• Address and resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with troubleshooting electrical products and provide technical guidance
• Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to effectively assist customers

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of incoming calls
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively
