Knowledge Management Lead

Bumble is seeking a strategic, experienced, and thoughtful content leader to join our organization as Knowledge Manager, reporting to the Director, People Operations. In this critical role, you will lead the strategy development and implementation of knowledge management within People & Culture, and drive the model for knowledge access for all employees across the company. You will produce efficiencies across the business and enhance the employee experience.


Please note that this role is hybrid and will be based in New York or Austin, TX, and is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship at this time.


What You'll Do
  • Manage the design, implementation, and evolution of our knowledge management model, ensuring it aligns with our operational objectives, process changes, and employee needs
  • Own the strategy for creation, organization, and dissemination of knowledge assets, creating a technology-enabled business model that prioritizes the human experience while fostering a self-service culture
  • Develop and track metrics that gauge the effectiveness of knowledge assets, capitalizing on feedback, making data-driven recommendations to improve content relevance and system functionality
  • Oversee the curation and maintenance of knowledge content, articles, FAQs, and other People & Culture documentation.
  • Ensure content accuracy, compliance and relevance to meet the needs of our people and business.
  • Partner with Workplace Technology Team to adopt technology solutions that facilitate a modern, efficient knowledge and employee support (Tier 1 ticketing) model
  • Surface process gaps or enhancements through knowledge and support metrics and feedback loops


About You
  • Strong background in content and library management, knowledge management methodologies  
  • Background in HR Operations, HR Business Partnering or Consulting
  • Ability to solve complex situations in simple and iterative ways
  • Passion for curating a seamless and intuitive employee experience that meets business needs
  • Operationally and efficiency minded, data driven and action oriented
  • Proven ability to drive collaboration across teams, prioritize effectively, and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, understands how to tailor  to diverse audiences
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet business requirements


$107,000 - $160,000 a year
Base Compensation Range: $107,000 - $160,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
