Join us as Advisor, Information Security Governance on our Information Lifecycle Management team in Panama or Mexico to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

• Assist in conducting information security governance reviews and doing post-review work for Information Lifecycle Governance (identification, classification, protection, retention and disposition) for structured and unstructured environments

• Work with team members and program stakeholders to support strategic and operational initiatives

• Support the review, update and maintenance of program documentation processes/procedures

• Assist with the development of program metrics (KPIs) and reporting tools that can be used to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes or systems

• Support the collection and analysis of data as determined by the needs of the business to drive process enhancements and improve user education/training

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of common regulatory controls, such as: NIST SP 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 etc.

• Familiarity with information lifecycle management and information security concepts

• Highly motivated, self-starting individual, and able to multi-task and manage to timelines

• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills along with strong oral, written, and communication/presentation skills to a broad range of employees

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel), SharePoint and Teams.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Assurance or a related field and/or a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a security or related environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• The ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
