Summary: As the Community Assistant, you will support multiple digital communities, assist marketing efforts for Business Builders and Agency Builders, support live events, and provide executive support to the CEO. KRA 1: Community Support and Care

  • Engage with members to build relationships and foster belonging.
  • Monitor platforms like Circle.so & Slack, ensuring timely responses.
  • Organize events and activities to maintain engagement.

KRA 2: Marketing Support for Business Builders and Agency Builders

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Execute 1+ major marketing campaign quarterly with measurable improvements.

What It Will Take:

  • Assist in executing campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Create and distribute marketing content (emails, posts, collateral).
  • Gather insights to optimize campaigns and messaging.

KRA 3: Support Live Events for the Company
