Each division has dedicated Account Executives focused on just their product/service within their division enabling us to bring the highest service level combined with the most experienced product knowledge in that vertical.

Job Description

Compensation: $70,000+ annually 

If you have Print Sales experience, please consider applying for this role. 

  • Manage the print sales process from start to finish.
  • Directly work with top tier customers/prospects to understand their requirements & needs.
  • Work with VP of Sales Print Management Division to design and present detailed business proposals targeted to each client’s specific needs.
  • Work closely with Accounts Managers, Vice President of Sale PM, and other internal BIG departments to ensure that all of BIG’s core services which may be being leveraged by client are operating at a high level. 
  • Is responsible for all inventory connected to his/her book of business.  
  • Identifies slow-moving/dead SKU’s and immediately addresses it with client.  
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Line up meetings with identified prospects at their offices or BIG Headquarters.  (The preferred is BIG Headquarters) and make sure the VP of Sales Print Division is made aware of meeting so proper preparation is completed prior to meeting taking place. 

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven print industry sales and pipeline development skills required & Prospecting
  • Ability to maintain a consistent level of disciplined management
  • Project management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Self -motivated and detail oriented, entrepreneurial attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Superior cross-functional team building skills
  • Knowledge of printing processes and capabilities, sense of design and color, proven sales aptitude, experience managing a significant book of business ($1-$2.5M), self-starter and problem solver.
  • Experience selling solutions to mid to large organizations.

  • Highly skilled at qualifying opportunities and managing time.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and independent.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Ability to grow inherited accounts and build an independent Book of Business
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
