Responsibilities:
This role will work as part of the FAA's System Wide Information Management (SWIM) Governance Modernization team, coordinating with the entire SWIM team to identify, analyze and assist in the definition of new or updated SWIM governance elements to ensure SWIM is able to exchange data between NAS systems and the aviation community in a transparent, efficient and effective manner. This role will identify and analyze governance-related change requests; facilitate development of governance elements; plan and track the implementation of policies of governance elements; and assist in establishing a common understanding of SWIM governance for internal and external stakeholders. The role will work closely with other SWIM team members to understand the technical aspects of upcoming enhancements and external projects to assess the impacts to SWIM and the needs for new and updated governance elements. The role also requires independent work.

Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 9 years experience

Ability to aquire FAA publis trust

Current Project Management Professional certification

Demonstrated experience with application of advanced business or programmatic principles, theories and concepts

Demonstrated knowledge of analytical models

Exceptional communication skills, written and spoken

Demonstrated skills in other project management disciplines, including risk management, schedule management, stakeholder management

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
