We offer the broadest range of models to meet any use-case where XR can impact patient care, corporate training, location based entertainment, or educating the next generation of students. The new Enterprise Sales Channel Manager will have existing experience in managing Distributors and this person will have a good commercial background to ensure that PICO maintains its leadership position as the primary dedicated enterprise XR devices company.Responsibilities:• Partner Management: Oversee and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring mutual success, and alignment with strategic goals.• Business Development: Actively seek and establish new channel and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach.• Revenue Generation: Implement initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth and innovative avenues.• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for sales and partnerships.• Market Analysis: Continuously assess the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the partnership strategy supports overall business objectives.• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key metrics to evaluate the success of partnerships and revenue-generating initiatives such as sales reporting and stock monitoring.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development and strategic partnerships.• Proven track record of identifying and securing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and growth.• Strong understanding of hardware sales and partnership.• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business goals.• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability• Ability to travel across North America and Canada.Preferred Qualifications• Have an active presence on LinkedIn or other professional social media networks.• Experience leading or growing enterprise hardware brands into new regions.• VR Industry experience is a plus for this role.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
