The Associate Data Programme at Capco is designed to introduce you to the world of data consulting within the financial services sector. Capco seeks candidates who hold a degree in a relevant STEM discipline or a related field, with a classification of 2:1 or above. While prior data experience is preferred, it's not mandatory. Strong communication skills and knowledge of tools like Python or SQL are also beneficial.
