Digital Transformation and Cloud Technical Lead

Capgemini is in search of a Digital Transformation and Cloud Technical Lead to join our innovative team.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our clients' digital transformation initiatives by combining your technical expertise in cloud technologies with your understanding of business processes. You will lead the design and execution of cloud-based solutions that drive efficiency, enhance user experiences, and optimize operations.

As a Digital Transformation and Cloud Technical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing cloud transformation strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, enhancing their digital agility.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement cloud-based solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Leading the evaluation and recommendation of cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support clients' business goals.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to project teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Driving innovations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within project timelines.
  • Engaging with clients to cultivate relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into solution development.
  • Facilitating workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for both clients and internal teams.

Total Work Experience:

  • Minimum Required: 10+ years in IT or related fields

Experience in Digital Transformation and Cloud Technologies:

  • Minimum Required: 5+ years leading initiatives in digital transformation and cloud implementation.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and serverless applications.
  • Proficiency in modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Ability to design and implement solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful cloud solutions.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
