The experience will be designed to evolve with user needs, with a focus on efficiency in content delivery and publishing. As a strong communicator and storyteller, you’ll ensure alignment across teams and bring the product strategy to life, all while keeping a sharp focus on delivery and results.

  • User-centric focus: Prioritise user experience by leveraging customer feedback and research to guide design and functionality decisions, while exploring opportunities to leverage personalisation, AI, or emerging technologies to enhance the experience.
  • Experience & design: Partner with design leadership to elevate UX, optimise the design system, and create an intuitive, accessible, and future-proof site.
  • Architecture & performance: Collaborate with engineering leadership to enhance Front End architecture, optimise site performance, and improve SEO for a seamless user experience.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful web experiences, fostering shared ownership and accountability.
  • Risk management & prioritisation: Identify risks early, working with teams to prioritise features and improvements that deliver the most value while mitigating challenges.

About You
  • Customer-obsessed & data-driven: You deeply understand user needs, especially in shopping journeys, and balance them with business objectives. You use insights and experimentation to inform decisions, improve features, and drive value for both the user and the business.
  • Strategic & commercially savvy: You see the big picture while focusing on the details that drive meaningful, measurable outcomes that align with both product and commercial goals.
  • Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and shared ownership among engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Effective communicator & storyteller: You articulate the product vision clearly, building trust and confidence through strong communication.
  • Curious & adaptable: You navigate ambiguity with ease, asking the right questions and proactively finding solutions in fast-paced environments.
  • Delivery-focused & proactive problem-solver: You’ve led large-scale website migrations or rebuilds, balancing strategy with execution to ensure tangible outcomes.
  • Technology & innovation: You understand front-end and back-end technologies, with familiarity in content management systems. You have a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies such as AI or personalisation to solve complex problems.
  • SEO-savvy: You understand SEO best practices and their application in a React environment.
