We are seeking a dynamic .Net Developer with a demonstrated record of success in fast-paced, high-impact environments to join our team. The .NET Developer will support the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Personnel & Readiness (OSD P&R) in the development and enhancement of the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), a mission-critical platform used across all P&R offices. DRRS enables military units to input key data on personnel, training readiness, medical records, and deployment status to assess overall operational preparedness. As a .NET Developer, you will play a vital role in designing and maintaining secure, scalable applications that ensure accurate data reporting and seamless system functionality. Your contributions will directly support military decision-makers by improving the efficiency and reliability of readiness assessments essential for force management and strategic planning.
This position will be a Hybrid role with the on-site location being the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance to the on-site location.
