They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.What You'll Do:• Serve as the primary client-facing representative, effectively managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously to ensure successful delivery and alignment with client objectives.• Review financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables provided by the team. Examples include market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.• Study the fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company and or client-specific processes.• Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to the client and develop advanced strategic real estate plans. Create benchmarks and KPIs for the client's portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.• Implement processes and define portfolio management priorities for site, area, and function planning.• Partner with managers of databases containing supply, demand, and cost information. Develop comprehensive management models to aid strategic consulting efforts.• Support the achievement of financial, operational, and other measures established for the client. Report on defined deliverables established for clients.• Develop building, state, and segment reports. Distribute reports for the specific account or engagement.• Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business unit’s real estate requirements. Implement initiatives to reduce cost and maximize value for the client's portfolio.• Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.• Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.• Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to embrace a different point of view.• Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.What You'll Need:To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Sr Consulting Manager position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $170,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
