Under general direction, selects, negotiates and procures products and services from approved vendors in response to operational requirements established by various departments and locations throughout the organization. Responsible for general office management for the department, including answering and dispatching calls, completing and filing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and the creating and maintaining associate files.
This position requires the following education and experience, or an equivalent combination of both:
Education
High School Diploma or GED. College degree preferred but not required.
Experience
5 years or more of administrative office experience
Minimum Age
At Least 18 Years of Age
Computer literate in Excel and Word.
Basic accounting principles are required to reconcile invoices to purchase orders.
Must possess good communication skills via phone or in person.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment that requires multitasking and balancing of job duties.
Must have good organizational and time management skills.
