Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Manager to join our team at Centene, a leading healthcare organization, on a part-time basis. This position is remote and based in Austin, Texas, US. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills...
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support processes and maximize team productivity
- Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in chat support or customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with chat support software and CRM systems
- Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- People management and strategic planning skills
