Director, Change Communications

Position Purpose: Responsible for corporate change management communications, overseeing the production of clear, compelling and engaging change communications for the organization.
  • Develop and deliver effective change communications strategies, campaigns and materials
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Serve as a key counsel to executive stakeholders regarding optimal channels and tactics for communicating change to targeted employee audiences
  • Plan, create and deliver concise, compelling content for a range of communications channels

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications or related field. 7+ years of experience in internal and change management communications.

Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
