Job Description
  • Lead and co-create the development of retailer campaigns designed to achieve the growth and revenue goals of the organization
  • Enhances and communicates Syngenta / Product value proposition through retailer branding
  • Design, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate Loyalty Program offers for retailers and key grower segments
  • Ensure implementation of campaign management process, KPI setting, monitoring process to get feedback for further improvement in time
  • Management of Efficiency Tool (Saksham)
  • Liason between SYN and 3rd Party Service provide Grupo BPO
  • Responsible for building, enhancing and maintaining forecasting tools to cope with business needs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the identification and interpretation of trends and insights with respect to sales and demand forecasting
  • Develop actionable, proactive metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights.
  • Perform statistical analyses and forecasting techniques and collect critical insights and trends.
  • Design reports, scorecards, dashboards and ad hoc analysis that deliver workforce insights and KPIs.
  • Proactively provide data-based insights and analyses that support leaders in making decisions that positively impact their business
  • Implement processes and procedures to support, streamline and in some cases, automate analytic and measurement strategies

Qualifications


Accountabilities:

  • Development of campaigns for Retailers designed to improve brand visibility and encourage channel support
  • Sequence campaign roll out in logical way to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitoring campaign effectiveness and product portfolio performance
  • Allocating A&P requests of Pillar/3P Business by Region effectively & dynamically based on market & competitor situation.
  • Supervising A&P spending to be aligned with business objective & to maximize return on investment.
  • Provide market insights and proactively provide inputs in the Commercial business forum (Marketing Meeting, PLT, CCT).
  • Support in promoting and implementation of channel campaigns and loyalty program offers
  • Delivery of agreed KPIs
  • Loyalty program design and Implementation
  • Efficiency Measurement of 3rd Party Service provider
  • Saksham management

FIELD WORK: 60%

BUSINESS ANALYSIS, SAKSHAM and LOYALTY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: 40%
