具体的にどんな業務を行う?

オフライン・オンライン問わずソウル本社メンバー(韓国)およびニューヨーク・オフィス(米国)と東京(日本)チームメンバーの会議の逐次、同時通訳。

日本出張した際の本社代表の社内外の会議や面談に立ち合い通訳。

社内文化・哲学・戦略・ノウハウの理解、日本チームへの反映。

日本メンバーが必要とする情報を韓国・アメリカチームに共有してもらえるよう働きかけたり、英語、韓国語でやりとりされる情報の中で日本メンバーが得られると業務に役立つ情報がある場合に積極的に伝達。

サービスのアップデート内容の翻訳、書類の翻訳、その他翻訳に関する全般業務。

どんな経歴や能力が必要?

経歴 に関して

英日韓通訳(同時/逐次通訳可能)

ビジネス以上の通訳が可能な方

正確な日本語⇄英語、韓国語の通訳が可能な方

通訳歴1年以上

(優遇)ビジネスサイドの経験が1年以上ある方


キャリア志向 もあればなお可

通訳・翻訳を通して、日本と米国、韓国の懸け橋になりたい方

CEOと共に働きながら、重要な決定に通訳・翻訳を通して寄与したい方


スキル面 において

ビジネス理解力高く、ネイティブな会話ができる方 。

通訳内容のほとんどがビジネス観点の内容になるため、複雑なビジネス内容に理解力が高く、その場で瞬時に意味を理解し、正確な単語に変換できる必要があります。

発音が上手なだけではなく、流行りの言葉や、ネイティブ的に日常で使う言葉の理解ができ、的確な通訳ができる必要があります。


情報伝達者としてホスピタリティーを発揮できる方 。
